Can my e-mail address only be used once?

Yes. 

The security of your data hat top priority. Therefore a 2-factor-authentication is required for the collection of sensitive data. Each user must provide two factors for unique identification. 

1. Unique e-mail (each e-mail can only be used once!)
2. mobile number (mobile numbers can be used multiple times. Please note the international phone number format with e.g. +49 instead of the leading zero)

How long does it take to receive a confirmation link?

Usually you will receive your confirmation link within a few minutes. If not, please check if the email adress is correct or check you spam folder.

How long is the confirmation link valid?

The confirmation link is valid for a few minutes.
If you do not receive a link, please check the correct spelling, capitalization and punctuation of your login details. Also check your internet connection or check your spam folder.

You did not receive the verification e-mail?

After you have registered in the portal, you will receive the verification email within a few minutes.
If not, please check the correctness of your email address, your spam folder and check if you might be using a full mailbox. If all data is entered correctly, please contact us.

How long does it take for the text message to appear on my mobile phone?

The text message is sent immediately and is usually delivered within a few minutes. Delays may occur due to faults within the mobile network.

How long is the text message valid?

The code is valid for approx. 5 minutes. If you do not complete your order within this time, the code will be invalidated for your safety. In this case, you have to request a new code.

Which requirements do I have to follow to assign my password?

A password must contain at least 8 charakters, one uppercase letter, one lowercase letter, one number and one special character (#?! @$%^&*-.,§).

Please do not use your personal data as a password (such as date of birth, first or last name, place of residence).

What about data protection?

The protection and security of your personal data is a high priority for us. We treat your personal data confidentially and in accordance with the statutory data protection regulations and this privacy policy.

Why do I need a primary contact person?

In order to fulfill the registration you must appoint an authorized user. Only this administrator can make changes in the software. It also provides an additional safety level for your data management.

Is it possible to change my e-mail address after registration?

No. After successful registration, you will NOT be able to change your e-mail address. Please be sure to enter your correct e-mail address. This is very important for the smooth running of the registration process.

Is it possible to transfer administrator rights to other users?

No. Administrator rights cannot be transferred to other users.
If the administrator leaves the company, the name of the administrator and all passwords can be changed. A new administrator password simultaneously changes the passwords for the portal and intranet.

Is a data backup being performed?

Yes, a complete data backup is performed once a day. The data is saved for seven days. 
Only the entire system can be restored. Restoring individual data sets is not possible. 

How many users can be created?

During the initial registration you can create up to 4 additional users. 
After the registration is completed, you can create additional unlimited users. 

Why do you need a unique domain name?

The domain name will be used for all e-mail addresses of all software users and also as the login domain for the entire company.
E-mail addresses of freemail providers (such as Gmail, t-online etc.) are not accepted. This ensures that there is no duplication of login information within the portal (e.g. john.miller@gmail.com).
